Altitude Spokane struggled to stand out among competitors when it came to birthday parties. They were not just competing with other trampoline parks, but were also up against a wide range of birthday party destinations that offered unique experiences, competitive pricing, and all-inclusive deals. Altitude capitalized on value perception by creating a new birthday party package framed around guests receiving free extras. Paid social was used to promote this offer. We created a narrow target audience with specific demographics, interests, and locations to maximize ad performance.
the solution
The goal of this paid social campaign was to increase birthday bookings at Altitude Spokane. The numbers tell the story. The campaign ran throughout the month of January, and Altitude Spokane had 165 total birthday parties booked. 50% of those bookings were generated from this paid media campaign. To put it into perspective, Altitude Spokane had four different party packages for guests to choose from, and 82 of the parties booked in January were from this campaign. I’d say the campaign was a success.
